99designs was recommended to us by a friend. We have a small family buisiness, and have set up similar businesses in the past. We were tired of our own ideas about logos and tried 99designs to get some fresh perspective. We were very impressed with the quality of the entrants. We were also suprised by the level of work designers were prepared to put into a project without necessarily being paid. We are very happy with the winning design and the professionalism and promptness of the winning and competing designers.
