I want a design for a chocolate box that will contain 12 assorted chocolates. The box needs to feel high end and luxurious. Measurements will be 180mm x 135mm.

The top of the box will be the main focus. It needs to include my name (Daniel jakobsson) and “assorted chocolates” or “chocolate” or similar.
The box I want is attached on one side and opens like a book that overlaps one side. Most probably with a ribbon. I will attach a photo to show you my idea. If you think it looks better without the ribbon, please let me know.
I do not have a logo, my name will be main focus on the box.
