My company makes custom wood flooring and we need a label create for the samples we provide to our clients. I will attach few pictures of our existing labels showing how we use them.

We need a label that will be applied to wood flooring samples that our clients use to choose their wood flooring. Here is label sizes we will need 3"x6.8". The Indesign source file I needed so that we can change the color names on different products. The function and content of our existing is good, but we are going for an updated look. We will need to communicate the same info on our new labels. We have metal medallions that have blue/gray color tones and the new labels will need work with medallions.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
