Description
We are looking for a flyer to send via email to our borrowers that help explain the Wire Transfer process. It'll be a 3 step graphic...
Step 1 : Safety First. Review your wire instructions with both Accunet and your title company.
Step 2: Set Up Wire Transfer. Contact your bank to set up a wire transfer as soon as possible. You will use the final amounts listed on your closing disclosure and set the funds to arrive day before closing.
Step 3: Funds are Wired by Your Bank to Title Company. Your bank will automatically send your money to the title company on the date you have specified.

this is a ROUGH sketch of what we envision but totally open to other ideas on how to lay this out.
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
