Description of the organization and its target audience
Our product is a casual skill exchange platform (mobile app) for users to discover people and skills around them. It lets users find each other and develop skills together. Target audience are people adventurous and up to meeting people to learn skills together. People who care about developing themselves. Age range possibly between 20-50 years old.

We want a clean, modern, flat styled logo for our app.
Currently we have some implemented UI. There is a general color scheme we are using at this moment.
We are looking at using this logo in the following places: Android App icon, app Launch screen, website.
The Android app logo should be delivered in all Android launch icon sizes - see "Launch icons" section in http://iconhandbook.co.uk/reference…/android/)
The logo needs to standout in both light and dark backgrounds (provide color variants if appropriate)

Note that we are also looking for designers to do full branding work beyond the logo in the near future.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
