Should be playful enough to appeal to people with babies, but professional enough that it wouldn't look silly on on senior pictures or family portraits. I want to be sure the design would print easily on a t-shirt and would like to see it in different shapes (square shaped/rectangle/oval, etc) to fit different purposes.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
