Description of the organization and its target audience
We are manufacturer of tillage equipment for the agriculture.
Our main market is Austria. A huge export market is Germany, we also export to Hungary, Romania, Switzerland and France.

Description
We want to have an illustration/graphic for a backlit back wall at an exhibition.
The backwall is a textile which is backlit with LEDs and has the size 15x4 meter.
This graphic should contain our machines working on the field, our logo and it should show a agricultural landscape, perhaps in the background a farm house (and a farmer).
The design could be also more like an illustration -> in the past we made a tin sign with a kind of retro design (please have a look at this tin sign).
Maybe that would be a good arrangement:
3 machines more in the front which are bigger presented, and 3 machines which are more in the background (also perhaps with different sizes)...
The logo middle on the top.
The backwall is directly standing on the floor, so it would be better if the machines on the graphic are not directly positioned at the bottom. Otherwise the graphics would be too much hidden by our exhibited products.

Final files
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
