Description of the organization and its target audience
We help companies evaluate and choose their Human Capital Management (HCM) software platform. We can also help implement and service the product once chosen. Our target audience is a company with 50-5000 employees in any industry. All companies need this software and their HR department is too busy to do the evaluation and implementation. As founder of this company I have worked selling these systems for 21 years and can help streamline the vendor selection and usability of the product. We are here to Elevate their HCM system as most companies do not chose the correct vendor or use it to it's fullest potential.

HCM means Human Capital Management. This is the program or system that Payroll and HR departments use to manage their employees. It is also the system that employees use to access their paychecks, punch in and out of time cards, change their employee information, etc. It is about managing people and elevating the system to do that.
