Web 2.0 Application Design

The design should reflect web 2.0 look and feel along with easy to read fonts and buttons.
Full "Stretch" design preferred. Preferred Res: 800x600 but 1024x768 is ok.

I like the colors and "smoothness" of http://www.webmaster-talk.com.

The app design should have 4 buttons in the header with the logo. Please include icons to represent each button
(Contacts | Properties | Mail | Reports)

I would like I line below for search box and account options (Login/Logout - Display Username - Preferences) Search box should be right aligned with account options on left)

I would like blocks on the left as in the Sensis Aerobahn design for "Actions" for each sections mentioned above. (add record, add properties etc.)

Main area to display/edit records with forms. (Should have tabs at top to switch between forms)

Further paid design work may be needed after inital design.
