The focus on this site is to be extremely attractive to visitors and to promote the MLS search, so MLS searching should be very predominate on the front page with a "simple" search form on the front page and an advanced, more detailed search on the MLS Search page.
This design must be REALLY locally focused on Telluride. This family is very well known there and has deep ties to the area.
IMPORTANT: Front page needs to be designed to accomodate a FLASH animation with rotating images of Telluride. Please be creative here and use the images provided.
