Entertainment & The Arts
We are an online whitelabel event ticketing software company. Each of our clients have a unique URL (all pointed to our software) and brand with their name and logo. Our software is used to promote and sell tickets for many different types of events including food & wine festivals, car shows, music festivals, concerts, sporting events, business expos, film festivals, and more. Typically our clients will only have 1-5 events at a time, so please keep that in mind when building your pages. For the purpose of the designs, our target audience is potential event attendees and ticket buyers. We sell tickets to everything from beer festivals and poker tournaments to business conventions and golf outings, so our "target audience" is simply ticket buyers and people wanting to get information on an event. Events are as small as a few people up to many thousands of people. We are looking for designs to the overall event description posting and ticket purchase process template that will be customized based on the kind of event, but the elements of the pages will remain the same regardless of event. Each event using our system has a number of pages, but the most important pages are: The event details & description page, which lists all details about the event including date/time, location, photos, description...etc The event "tickets" page, which allows users to select their tickets and proceed to a check-out page, and the order details page. The event check-out page, which lets the purchaser enter their information, answer questionnaires, provide information about each attendee...etc. (this does not need to include billing information) The event listings page, showing all events created by a single white label. These events may be all related to the same subject (for example Poker Tournaments R Us), or they may be a wide range of subjects (for example if a large media company runs many different types of events through something like "The LA Timez Events".
Each page is basically a template that can be used for any event. Each event can be customized with different colors, text, photos, event logo, event details...etc. While offering good color schemes will certainly help sell your design, we do not have specific colors in mind, as each event organizer can change the colors to meet their needs. There should be no more than 2 or 3 main colors though, as we don't want color customization to be complicated. Overall, the pages should be clean, professional, modern, and easy to navigate. UI/UX is king with a prominent and clear call to action to purchase tickets. The designs must be able to be responsive. We believe we'd like a large image at the top of the page (different for each event), but are willing to entertain other ideas. It must be able to accommodate events that have event logos as well as those that do not.
Event Details Page: The page showcasing a single event - Large image relating to event (not required, but something we think we'd like) - Event logo (some events have, some don't) - Name, Date & Time, and Location of event - Event description - Potentially event photos and videos - Clear and obvious call to action for purchasing tickets to the event - Event organizer information including ability to contact the organizer - Other potentials: event sponsors (including a featured sponsor), title sponsor (something like "My Pizza Party, Sponsored by Pizza Hut", a map of the location of the event - Social links - The final design will just be a single event page, but open to seeing how it could look with additional menu items for things like event schedule, speakers, venue map, and contact us. Ticket Selection page -Ticket options with prices listed (for example, General Admission, VIP, Early Bird...etc) -Tickets can also have sub-types, for instance, if someone selects "General Admission", they might then be able to choose "Child, Adult, Senior" -Order Summary including selected tickets, fees, taxes, subtotal, and order total -Place to enter a promo code -Other potential items: Charitable contribution, merchandise -Very clear call to action to continue to the next page where they'll be able to review their selections and enter their information. -Minor item: something (probably at the bottom of the page) to allow an attendee who's lost their confirmation/ticket email to request they be re-sent. Order Information Page -Full summary of what they've chosen and the prices associated -Buyer information form to fill out including name, email, phone, address -Optional design: questionnaire questions -Optional design: ability to enter information about each attendee -Very clear call to action to finish purchase (not sure on the verbiage), that will open a dialog for them to enter their billing information, then actually submit for payment. Order Confirmation Page -Confirmation of a successful purchase -List out the ticket purchase as well as financial details of the transaction Events Listing Page - List all the events happening on a specific white label - Ability to search and filter events based on date/time, location, type of event, cost - Branding for the specific white label where all the events reside
What to avoid
The TicketSauce brand should not be included anywhere on the designs wince we are a whitelabel product.
The goal of our product is to provide details about an event and have an easy-to-use ticket selection experience. We would like a product that increases conversion and focuses on the call to action of ticket sales. We are interested in seeing the event details & description page FIRST and then the entire ticket buyer process including the ticket selection, order information, and order confirmation BEFORE the events listing page.
