need design for file sharing web site

Hi - we're launching a new web site, http://www.thelinkup.com (logo contest in other section), and need a graphic design applied to an existing wire frame.

perhaps like facebook (as in header of prototype), but open to ideas

Desired Style:
simple, clean, web 2.0

Accepted File Formats:
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

- think craigslist / google

Please follow this wire frame closely, as we already have a working web site with this layout, we just want to apply pretty colors/graphics. The redline denotes which checkboxes the buttons apply to, and perhaps there can be something like this in the design. Everything else is pretty self explanatory.

The winning design needs to be available after the contest for additional work - we'll be applying the winning design to some other pages with a different layout (e.g. "compose message", "my profile", etc.)

We will pay top dollar for high-quality work!
