We are looking for a CSS design for a financial product site for real estate investing and management. Same layout on all pages: Header/Footer, Text is prominent, a couple of nice font options are desired(H1,H2,style1,eg)
What's your vision?
Tagline: (optional) where it's easy to be a smart investor Desired Color Scheme: Open to any, but professional. Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png) The winning design will provide a foundation for our upcoming sales site for real estate products. Our main focus is to frame the exciting sales pitch that was developed for the products, without taking away from the professionalisim that a real estate financial product needs for credibility. Theme: Upbeat, exciting, professional. The customer just landed on an opportuntity. Specifics: -  Images must be free for commercial-use license. -  We are open to any color scheme, but please remember the professional tone will likely limit the use of louder colors. - CSS <DIV> type layout that will apply to all pages, consistent header/footer sidebar is fine throughout. - H1, H2, Highlight, Text 10pt all Veranda, arial backup.NOTE: The Header is essential and will be weighted heavily, those including a clear crisp image will be favored. Header MUST also include navigation for 4 pages. Bonus points for a header that merges with a small (50px or so) framing of color/design all the way down the left side. Really that's it. I tried to be detailed but it's an extremely simple site. If anyone wants to add the text which has the some insert boxes etc. all the better... Email with any questions, I'll try to be online to provide feedback daily. Thank you all for the time and interest.
