t-shirt design for IIIMC Basketball

In 2006 my intramural basketball team won its second straight title. For some reason we never got championship t-shirts. My buddy and I have decided to finally get shirts made for that team. These shirts are not for retail but rather just for guys/girls who were either on the team, managed the team or were diehard fans.

Design Needs to be in Vector, Adobe image T-Shirt Overview: The goal is to make this shirt pseudo-vintage: 1) It will be either a 50/50 soft shirt or a tri-blend shirt. 2) The shirt color is negotiable but will definitely be either heather style or antique style. (leaning towards, red, navy, or charcoal) 3) Print should be no more than 2 colors, 1 of which being white. Key components of Shirt 1) Some sort of basketball logo (faded basketball, swish image) however we really want this part to be unique from typical stock images. 2) The phrases to incorporate on shirt - "IIIMC" (Our Team Name) -"Intramural Champions" or "IM Champions" - "2005 and 2006" - "Back-to-Back" Ultimately, you are the designers, we just know these key phrases should definitely be on the shirt in some fashion.

One last thing. Our team garnered the reputation of being "Arduous". It would be great to not only incorporate that word in the design somehow, but also have the overall design of the shirt embody the character of that word.
