"Rambo" monkey mascot!!

I need a t shirt design. I want to incorporate an already existing character into the design. He is our "mascot" buddy the monkey. I will attach his file. I want an animated cartoon look.

The idea is on the back a big "Buddy the monkey that is beefed up, kind of rambo looking... bulging muscles.. bandana on his forehead and arm..maybe army helmet? dogtag on neck..maybe camo shorts..big smile with teeth , looking a bit devious... have him wearing a white shredded tank top with the Premier Chiropractic logo on it? Maybe a bit rough/dirty looking not totally clean... Under buddy's untied boot he will be stomping the snake which represents big pharma..somehow incorporate that. in one hand making a fist and in the other holding a spine....OR a variant would be him holding across body AR 15 On the front I want it to say " Don't Tread On My Health" in a cool looking font bold across the chest.... maybe keeping the "Dont tread on me"..a more simple font arching below the neck curve of the shirt...and making the word "Health" kind of like ripping through the shirt with jagged edges around it larger.... On the side of the arm of the shirt I want a white or black American flag.. I am thinking of having the t shirt in yellow and black...so the colors will have to fit to stand out on each.
