Prestige Residential sales and property management on the Gold Coast in Australia

We are looking for a new presentation folder to give to new vendor and landlord clients for the sale and property management of their properties. The design needs to be professional, clean, simple, and emit prestige. Must be modern and contemporary design and eye catching. The design must include our corporate colours black, white and gold. Mostly black background please. I have attached our existing folder to give you an idea. We have moved away from the purple colour. We like the current folders style and class. We just want to make it a little more suited to Prestige properties and also have a bot more modern design. Please find attached an example of our business cards which we really like and will help you envisage where we want to go with it. WITH The new Presentation folder, we ALSO require NEW FOR SALE signboards to be approx 900mm (w) x 1200mm (h). I have attached an example of the current for sale brochure. But we want to get rid of the "SAVE 30% when selling!". And we need it to be more prestige looking. Also needs to be very clear and simple as this will be put at the front of the property FOR SALE, and people in cars driving past very quick, need to read the sign quickly. Logo is attached also.
