This is a start up family run casual dining restaurant in a casual part of town. The concept is Pakistani (Indian) food served in a classic way in a modern setting. Our specialities are "Tawa" and "Grill".
For the single person diner or a take away customer (usually young people or lunchtime customers) we specialise in grilled meats (served with rice, salad or as a wrap) and gourmet burgers. These meats are infused with special herb and spice combinations from the Saleem family recipe book.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a shop sign board to be designed for us. We are open to different colours and ideas because the brand colour scheme has not been decided. The interior of the restaurant will be wood floor with a glass/metal booth theme. The background colours to avoid are orange and red because our competition on the same street use those colours. The main name will say "Saleem's" and underneath the name it will say "Tawa and Grill" in small text. The bottom left will have our phone number "0161 904 0000". We want a bright and modern solution here.
I'd like to have this design completed by Jan 3rd at the latest because we are on a tight deadline in starting the sign board manufacturering process. I have attached a photo of the existing property before renovation. The blue box in the photo indicates where we will make a glass partition wall and remove the old wooden stair handrail and replace it with metal and glass. The colour scheme of the interior will be light grey walls with some dark grey walls. We are open to a feature wall in the to match any key colour that comes from the sign board. Also, in the photo you will see that the shutter panel underneath the sign is currently gold. This colour will be changed so something more neutral or something that matches your board design with a vinyl cover. The logo and name in the photo is of the previous owner and should be ignored.
