Ocean Aisle provides luxury apartment homes around the eastern shore of maryland. The demographics include a large concentration of: (1) people in their twenties, with secondary concentrations in (2)the 30-35 age range and (3) retirees. Approx. 10% are families. We are focused on customer service and resident satisfaction. We pay close attention to each and every detail in the creation of apartment communities that improve lifestyles. We are looking for a logo that's fresh, modern, warm, inviting and provides a feeling of trust.

I need to get a banner ad designed that will be located at a kiosk at our local mall. The design will be seen by 1,000's of people per day and needs to have a luxury appeal while catching the eye quickly.

The ad needs to be 5'(tall) x 8' (wide)

Please include:
-The logo and community name (these need to stand out the most)
-Underneath the community name please have "Luxury Apartments"
-The overall design should incorporate the logo.
-Please include the pool image and some lifestyle images (diverse, happy young professionals in a bright setting (near pool/beach) and smiling).
-Please have the following bullet points:
-Newest in Salisbury
- Dual Master Suites
-Open Kitchen
-Granite Countertops
- 24/7 emergency maintenance
-Spacious living areas
-Please have special indicated "Up to $2,500 in Savings!" nice and large with very small text underneath saying "*Restrictions apply"
-Please include the EHO logo in a corner, small and discrete
-All font used should be sleek/luxury with easy visibility.

Please make sure the design resembles something of luxury with easy visibility and a creative design that incorporates the overall feel of a luxury community.
Bright colors are always preferred.
