We just couldn’t get things right. Communication is terrible in this program. It’s very difficult to describe what I want and have the artist complete it for what ever reason. I received no files, no designs, nothing. I spent $1400 on this service and received absolutely nothing. The design isn’t done and it was a complete waste of time and money.
This is not necessarily a bad review for Bening is the simple fact about communication being broken and I will NEVER work with anyone not sitting across the table from me. I’ll be contacting vista print regarding my concerns and will be requesting a refund. I know I was not timely on some of my replies but I because so frustrated it wasn’t worth discussing anymore because progress was not being made. It was a hard lesson learned but it did show I why I will work with only local people. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I have weeks of frustration with nothing to show for it. Don’t use 99d for any of your designs. When I called 99Designs to express my complaint and the communication problems we were having the representative told me most of the artist don’t speak English and sometimes communication is broken. That was not an appropriate or acceptable answer to my response and I lost $1400.00 DON’T EVER USE THESE SERVICES!!!!
