Initial design and communication was great. But once I selected Art Dhiego as the winner, communication steadily got longer and longer and it was difficult to explain what I wanted to see or feel like I was understood. Eventually, after many many *many* revisions, we got it done. Also, the brand guide is unfortunately just not good, but I don't have to patience to try and coerce more out of Art Dhiego for this. This may be a 99 Designs problem and I would likely suggest anyone else to get a brand guide made elsewhere as several corners were cut and it is not cohesive—it's more like a "logo guide".
