The jar we've chosen is a 9 oz jar, see photos attached. The front surface of the jar is 2 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" tall. The jar is a hexagon, again see photos. So, the label will most likely be one on the front and one on the back. Potentially it could wrap around the front onto the next surface, which is 1" wide x 2 1/2" tall.
Mole is a dark, reddish-brown sauce, with these ingredients: 5 different chiles, caramelized onions, blackened tortillas (for thickening) chicken stock, pepitas, black & white sesame seeds, peanuts, spices (star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, allspice, clove) black garlic, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, and Mexcian chocolate. At the restaurant we usually serve it alongside oven roasted chicken, vegetables and faro (grain). And sometimes with eggs and greens at brunch. I've attached a pic of the chicken dish. On this particular day the mole was served with chicken, delicata squash, and the white stuff on top of the mole is ricotta cheese, with a sprinkling of pepitas and sesame seeds. The label WILL NOT have this photo on it, it's just for your reference.
