Help Dr. B's or Dr. Bee's with a new product label

Customers looking for: Local, raw, minimally filtered, honey, 

I am a Doctor of Podiatry with hobby of beekeeping. I would like a professional label design to be used on honey labels. The honey may be sold or given to to other professionals as a promotional gift promoting my medical practice.  (that is why I need the two addresses below on the label) My daughter and I produced the label attached which got a lot of attention but is not professional enough. I would like to keep the spirit of the current homemade label with a more professional proportioning, and layout..Change graphics at will. I do especially like the Wild Honey font in the sample. Concept inspiration: Beach Boys 1967 album "Wild Honey" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wild_Honey_(album) I would like the design for labels 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 inch for Honey Bear bottles and oval 3.25 X 2. Most honey shows up good with a black border, but I leave that up to you.
