morganblock got their new poster by running a design contest:
I need a creative album cover for my Climate Change Podcast series
Check out morganblock's Poster contest…
I am producing a podcast titled, "Climate Curiosities." It is focused on connecting climate science and policy experts with the general public. Each episode discusses a different climate change topic with a guest expert. Episode topics are: What is climate change?, Climate change and oceans, Climate change and the cryosphere, Paleoclimate, City of San Diego's Climate Action Plan, Geoengineering, and How to communicate climate change effectively? The target audience is anyone who wishes to know more about climate science, climate policy, and potential climate actions/solutions.
What's your vision?
I want someone who looks at this album to instantly be curious about climate change. I want it to portray climate change from a variety of societal perspectives. I want to show the human perspective. How does earth look currently... pollution and fossil fuel energies VS how could it look in a sustainable, green, resilient society. I also want the podcast's name: "Climate Curiosities" on the album cover. Also, I don't want it to look too "doom and gloomy." This podcast is to help people understand the problem and to be introduced to real potential solutions! I want to inspire people to be curious, ask questions and take action! I do not want a green tree vs. a dead tree to be the focus of the design. Thanks so much!
