About us

Hotel Agenten GmbH ist eine Hotelvermittlung mit Service die hauptsächlich Firmenkunden Hotelunterkünfte zu Messen und Kongressen in ganz Europa organisiert. Dazu zählt auch das eigene Teilnehmermanagement welches der Kunde zur Verwaltung seiner Gäste oder Mitarbeiter nutzen kann. Er kann dies entweder selber pflegen oder lässt allen einen Link zukommen über den man sich für seine Hotelübernachtung eintragen kann. Desweiteren übernimmt Hotel Agenten die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Hotels. Der Service ist für den Kunden kostenfreie daher fallen keine zusätzlichen Gebühren an.

Wir benötigen einen Flyer zur Firmenpräsentation der die Kernaussagen: - Hotelvermittlung zu Messen - Hotelvermittlung zu Kongressen - Zuverlässigkeit und Schnelligkeit - Zeitersparnis für den Kunden - Marketing Erfolg der Messe durch gute Hotelunterbringung sowie die von uns erbrachten Leistungen einfach und schlüssig aufzeigt. ( siehe kurz Präsentation )

Wichtig ist die farbliche Gestaltung bzw. angepasst an unsere Website. www.hotel-agenten.de. Das Bildmaterial ( Hotelvermittlung.jpg, & Kongresshotel.jpg ) ist nicht zwingend zu nutzen. Gerne können auch eigene Ideen eingebracht werden.
