The Dictator's Guide to Drinking

Art & Design
We came up with the idea of writing a cocktail recipe book, containing the drinks of the world's worst dictators, called the Dictator's Guide to Cocktails. It's supposed to be a bit silly, because we think the best way to mock a dictator, is by pretending he spends most of his private time drinking Pina Coladas. Each dictator (Saddam Hussein, Stalin, Pol Pot, Idi Amin etc) gets his own chapter, which will contain a short biography, a few quotes, a silly/fun fact and a recipe for his favorite cocktail. We want it to look stylish, timeless and classic, because the contrast with the content will be great (and therefor funny). It's supposed to be a small book (probably A5) and should be considered a silly gift, rather than a serious recipe book. For this contest we want to make a preview page/chapter, that we can send to a publisher to convince him/her this is actually a good idea. So it's not technically a leaflet, but my understanding is that an leaflet resembles this objective the most.
What's your vision?
The lay-out for one of the chapters of our cocktail book. It must contain a picture of the dictator we are describing, a small bio, a small insert with one or two fun facts and a recipe for the cocktail. Apart from that, feel free to be creative. I think it would be a good idea to include several photos of the dictator (I will add a few, but feel free to add more), a picture/drawing of the drink/cocktail and an insert with some interesting facts that stand alone. It should include: - a small insert with some biographical data - a text - an insert with a interesting fact (in this case about golfing) - a insert with a cocktail recipe and a drawing/picture of a cocktail I've made a amateuristic version of what I had in mind in Apple Pages. I've added it below. This also contains the text i would like to have used. I've added several photos that i think are nice to use (because they're colorful or humorous), but feel free to use other material.
It's important to make it look fresh, creative, playful, but not childish or superficial. It has to have a certain classic and stylish feel to it.
