Stephen Shang got their new postcard, flyer or print by running a design contest:
Create two "one page brochure templates" for repurposed shipping container products
Check out Stephen Shang's Postcard, flyer or print contest…
Falcon Structures creates functional space by repurposing shipping containers. We provide living, working, and storage solutions for a wide variety of industries including oil & gas, construction, general industry, and the military. Products include field offices, living quarters, MCC's, cool boxes, and modified conex boxes.
What's your vision?
We are looking to create a two "one pager" templates to highlight the features and benefits for close to 100 products. We're using the one-pager to present an executive summary for the end user. It's not a spec sheet as we aren't trying to convey technical information. The one pager: * Needs to look professional * Be laid out in a way that's easy to read * Needs to be a template so that we can populate it as we develop new products. We have the various elements of the one-pager but aren't sure how to put it on the brochure. The elements are on the draft layout (attached); the text on the draft layout is also in draft form. The elements are: * Logo * Title Block * Rendering * Action shot (photo) * Features & Benefits * Why containers? (has a photo of a container as well) * About Falcon Structures * Contact Info We ask that you specify the size of the various photos so that we can get our in-house designers to create the best shots from our CAD models. The elements that will need to change across the different one-pagers are the Title Block, Rendering, Action Shot, Features & Benefits. The other elements will remain constant across all the one-pagers. We will need two one-pager templates. One for 40' containers and one for 20' containers. We've attached drafts of both and you'll see that the aspect ratio of the two are different. Our target audience is 30-50 year old male that works for an industrial company (oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, etc). Typical roles are Project Engineer and Project Manager. They are no nonsense. Identify with brands such as F-150, Harley Davidson, Wranglers. They are not cutting-edge as far as technology adoption, but are creative thinkers and problem solvers. The format of the templates can be in either MS Publisher or Adobe InDesign.
