Travel & Hotel
We sell day tour packages and multiday tour packages using our own route schedule coaches, snow coches and passenger boat. We also sell tour packages using our tour coaches to destinations domestic in Norway or internationally through Europe. Our target audience is 40-80 year old travellers. The tour description should because of this be easy to read and not overmodern in it's look.
What's your vision?
We need to update our marketing material to a new and more professional look. For each tour we create we also make a tour description that we use to sell each tour. It contains a headline, sales text, route information, information about the places we visit, pictures, prices and a description of what's included in the price. We'd like a template made that can suit all of our tour products. It may sound simple but the challenge is to make a template that is kind of dynamic even though the output is static. We'd like to use the same template on a one day single destination trip that obviously contain far less information than a 7-10 day multidestination trip. The template has following requirements: x The template MUST be delivered in Adobe InDesign format x The template SHOULD have a main picture x The template MUST have a headline and a sub headline x The template SHOULD have room for additinal 2-3 pictures x The template MUST have a designated area for a sales pitching text. x The template MUST have a designated area for tour description x The template MUST have a designated area for price information x The template MUST have a designated area for what's included (in the price) x The template MUST have a designated area for our company logo and information x The template MUST have a designated area for the logo "Reisegarantifondet". x The template should have a designated area for a QR code (which links directly to our booking system for that particular tour) x The template SHOULD have a designated area for a logo with our partners. Just about half of our tours is in cooperation with a cruise line or similar so when we don't have a partner this area should be filled with some of the other information. As mentioned in the introduction, the designated areas must be somewhat dynamically sizeable for each tour since a larger tour requires more space for explanation, price information etc. That being said, it is allowed to make a front and back of the template. For a smaller tour the front only is used, for a larger tour we'll print a double sided flyer. For very long descriptions or similar the backside design should be the template for both page 2, 3 and so on. Nevertheless, the template must be so similar regardless of amount of information put in it, that the general look of it is recognized immediately by our audience. The goal is that the tour description looks full both with little and much information on it. It is desirable that a 2-3 day tour can be accomodated on just one side. For longer tours we obviously need a multipage version. FONTS: All general text must be in Calibri. Headlines may have Futura or Trebuchet. Our two main colors are (CMYK): Blue: 100 - 53 - 0 - 27 Red: 0 - 97 - 100 - 3 Other colors allowed are black and white. White is the only color allowed as background. The template format must be A4.
JVB_Logo_CMYK is our company logo that must appear on the template together with following information (in Calibri font): JVB Reiser (name) Jernbanevegen 7, 2900 Fagernes (address) 61 36 59 00 (phone) www.jvb.no (web) email@example.com (e-mail) DFDS_Seaways is a logo that will be put in on some of the tour description but not all. It should be accomodated together with a text like "I samarbeid med" (means In cooperation with). rgf_logo_eps is the logo "Reisegarantifondet" that must appear on the front page but must be very very small and discret. program-X.pdf is three examples or our current tour description. Do NOT use these as inspiration and try to duplicate them 100%. There is a reason why we launch the contest, we need help! The gradient color is NOT allowed! It looks horrible. Please disregard the table on page two (shows pickup points/time table for the bus) on our current programs. That means on single page layout it should not be accommodated. For multipage versions I'd like to see it somewhere on the last page.
