Catchy design needed for UpGlo's revamped core values

Upwardly Global is the first and longest-serving organization that focuses on helping foreign-trained immigrants and refugees integrate into the American workforce. We prepare immigrants and refugees for jobs that match their education and skills, and we provide employers with the know-how to create inclusive hiring practices so they can take advantage of this untapped and valuable potential. We are proud to help and welcome newcomers to the U.S.

We have recently revamped our core values and we would like to launch them to the employees. I would like to design a poster that represents our values. Our new values are: Respect- Empowerment- Collaboration- Inclusion- Passion for Mission- Innovation. The vision I have in mind is something that relates to the globe and continents (each value could be symbolized with a continent. In my vision, Antarctica does not represent any of the values because no one lives there but the other 6 continents are a symbol to our 6 values- We all need each other in the world- world is interconnected. I certainly am drawn to color and obsessed with color palettes. I have laid out my vision but I am not a creative designer so I don't want to limit your wild imaginations with my vision. Think of our organization as the bridge that connects professional immigrants to the US job market, the melting pot for professionals from all over the world. You have complete freedom to be creative and choose ANY design style you want. If you feel that you have a better idea than mine, you are welcome to present it. Creativity is the most important factor in determining the winner.

Our target audience is our employees (ages 25-53 yrs). Our slogan is "RECIPI for Success". Recipi as in the word recipe but with an i at the end to match the first letters of the values. The acronym makes it easy for employees to remember the values and I would like it incorporated in the design. The concept of recipe may be an idea for the design (ingredients can represent the values). I am looking for a catchy cool design. There are no restrictions on colors, the more the merrier. I am looking for a logo that would be a good representation for the concept of core values. The attached images show that the values are somehow interconnected and elements are interdependent whether by using a hand, layers, blocks, tree ....etc. I'm looking for a creative catchy symbol.
