The buildings shown are of great interest to Texas A&M University - Commerce (this logo can be found online). The building is the tall green building. Upstairs would be professor or student living, downstairs would be the actual course work, and to the left is an open air market that can be somewhat of a park or a tasting area. The building is proposed to be for a viticulture program (wine production courses).
We are seeking a rending of the building that helps the university envision this project. Keep in mind the facility can be painted, boarded up windows need to be opened up. We will preserve the building and the location is in a historic downtown scenery with a new urbanism feel / think of a small community adopting the walking neighborhoods of Seattle or Portland. Feel free to be creative.
