MS Word Document Formatting/Design

We are an IT consultancy, and we implement a financial reporting system called "OneStream" for our clients.

We want our project requirements documentation designed to adhere to our brand. The documents are comprised of MS Word and MS Excel files. These documents are reviewed with clients where we ask them questions about specific functionality that we need to build in the system. Typically these documents are put up on the screen in front of an audience where we ask them questions, and then talk and describe their current accounting or technical processes. We take notes in these documents (so they have to be visually appealing as they will be up on screen).

Brand guide attached. The the attached file "Excel table example" I uploaded it as a Word doc as I was having issues uploading it as an Excel file. Hopefully if you double-click on the content it will open the actual Excel file. We'd like this modified according to the style you use in both Word docs. Thanks!
