This is for concept art. We then want to hire the winner on an on-going basis. We are building a 'Chose Your Own Adventure' style leadership game to help learners experience using different approaches and language when under pressure. There are 9 levels with six branching scenarios. Each level is based on the player joining as the lead of a conservation project in different locations around the world. They must work with their team to navigate different challenges and can play the 'wrong' path if they make poor decisions. Gameplay is sectioned between short animated sequences that provide the player with information and a 'choice' moment. When players receive feedback it may be via a recorded video with a key thought leader on this subject. We are therefore looking for a style that would enable use of filters to blend the art of the animated game into the video feedback. In terms of art style we'd like something more on the realism side with a graphic novel feel. ADDED INFO: Segmentation: This is for adult professionals of various ages, location and gender but all in leadership positions. Tone: The game is serious, poor decision making and bad leadership behaviours result in teams encountering severe problems, where they make good decisions it is much happier. Web/App: It will be within a SCORM packaged branching scenario played inside a virtual training course online. Expectations: Some concept work displaying your style using a conservation setting ie animal sanctuary, rainforest, diving team etc. the choice is yours.

This is a substantial work and we already have a dedicated budget. Ideally we need someone able to complete every part of this task, from design to animation, however we're happy to hire separately. Please ensure you identify clearly whether you will provide both or part of the service.
