How rob apps started their app design journey
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Games & Recreational
A card game for Android, similar to snap, played with 2 or 3 players. The game is fast and dynamic, players need good reflexes to beat their opponents.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the app?
Clean and easy to follow, plenty of colour and 'gamey'.
The attached wireframes show the main screens of the app, they show what components need to be on each screen, but feel free to lay them out and design them in any way you like.
I already have the icon for the app. I will need all the asset designs in vector format, buttons will need a pressed and disabled state as well.
I need the design for screen 1 (start screen) and screen 4 (play screen).
The start screen shows the current number of points and coins the player has, and the number of jokers they have bought, tapping on this area opens the screen that enables them to buy jokers with the coins they have earned. The screen also has buttons for navigating to the other screens of the app, and lists of the player's position on the various leaderboards, and of their recent games. The lists have a header button with the title of the list, when tapped it opens a detail screen for that data.
The play screen has two multi-cards (I have the designs for these so they are not part of this design). The player taps on one of the cards on the bottom multi-card and that slides to the middle deck of cards if they have chosen the correct card (or they tap on middle and it slides to bottom for other game type). When a player plays a card the total cards they have is updated in the list of players at the top of the screen, and that players line in the list changes colour briefly so all players can see who has played a card.
The three joker buttons next to the bottom multi-card correspond to the three types of jokers available - remove 2 cards from the multi-card; block another player; press any card (free go). These buttons will need to show an overlay of the type of joker (example of the three overlays attached.)
