Create a modern Brewery Inn Menu for "Hopfingerbräu at the Brandenburg Gate" (Berlin)

The "Hopfingerbräu at the Brandenburg Gate" is a restaurant where we offer traditional German food in the heart of Berlin. Our restaurant is located directly between the Reichstag and the most famous landmark of Berlin – the Brandenburg Gate. Here you can escape the urban hustle and bustle and enjoy a modern brewery inn ambience.

We want to relaunch the menu for our brewery inn restaurant. Therefor we need a propper design which fits to our new restaurants style. Our target group is well balanced - from young till old, national and international. The menu will be separated in a day- and an evening menu which should be distinguishable (for example by slightly different colors). The menu will be wrapped in a wooden cover and should have the size of a normal printable A4 sheet (portrait format). For this reason we do not need an extra cover for the menu. We just need the design for the pages inside where all the products are listed and with some information about the restaurant. Please refer to the amount of our old menus content. We need the final result as editable file (all Adobe CC compatible formats) for adapting the content independently. Attached you find some files which should give you a picture of our restaurant and the already existing CI.
