Leander Lakes is a brand new luxury apartment community in Dover, Delaware (USA). There are many lakes with water fountains and nature features throughout this new luxury community to help create an active, but peaceful, stress-free lifestyle. The target audience encompasses students, young professionals, singles, families.. all the way to retirees looking to downsize.

fun, fresh, sleek, inviting. we are selling a relaxed, joyful, maintenance-free lifestyle filled with nature, friends and happiness. the website should be image heavy with lifestyle images (versus a lot of copy)
