Community & Non-Profit
We are a small non-profit that was established in 1977 with one group home for at-risk boys. Since then, we have grown to three group homes for at-risk youth serving both boys and girls. Two of the homes are long-term (6 months or more) and one is short-term (3-30 days). We are considered "community based corrections", meaning we are more restrictive than the child remaining in their home, but not as restrictive as a detention facility. We are meant to provide a safe, stable placement option that will provide for their needs and help them make better choices to be successful in life, while helping them realize that they are valuable and loved and have great worth.
Our abbreviated name is BYS and I would like that incorporated into the logo if possible. It also seems that we are leaning towards a logo that looks vintage, like an old-school patch of sorts. I am open to a few colors in the logo, but would also like one that would look good as one solid color. Thank you!
