We are very excited to start using our new amazing logo! Thank you!
My design was for a blog geared to women. I wanted something soft and approachable, yet chic. My designer gave me exactly that. She introduced beautiful elements I would never have thought of. She was super professional, provided many design options, prompt with new designs and great with questions. A total pleasure to work with. I am so happy with the finished product and highly recommend her!

Penwheels is a stationery shop specializing in hand-designed greeting cards and custom illustrations.
I like to describe my style as "capturing the essence of cartwheeling spirit through pen and paper craft."
Charming, fun, whimsical, personality-filled, playful, darling, and high-quality are all descriptive words that come to mind.
Primary target audience would be adult females aged 30 - 50 that are thoughtful and appreciate unique goods. They spend time shopping in small local businesses, boutiques, and search online for goods in places like Etsy rather than Walmart. They appreciate design, beauty, originality, charm and quality.

What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
Purple is my key color - a royal or violet purple preferably. I was thinking a bright blue might be a good accent color, but am also open to designer input. I also use kraft brown often in my packaging.

FAVORITE! Love the creative shape of the cow. It's abstract, yet has simple lines and is easily identifiable.
Great use of color. The spoon and fork "wreath" really adds a nice creative element to this. Very clean.
Simple, direct, good use of shape.
Fun. Love the contrasting colors. It's creative, yet not too minutely detailed. Great use of shape.
A few thoughts I've had about the logo include the following:
-Possibly including a wheel as the main image (must be somewhat unorthodox, lumpy, etc.) In other words, make it "perfectly imperfect."
-Possibly incorporating an actual pinwheel
-Possibly incorporating something that symbolizes the stationery aspect: envelopes, mail, paper, pen, stamps, etc. Envelopes are my preference, but I welcome designer creativity.
-These are just ideas! Feel free to do your own thing.

*Ultimately, Penwheels is looking for a combination logo with an image/font combo that's playful, incorporates fun use of shape, captures the essence of the brand, and visually links to the stationery business*
