Midwest Association Show for Supreme Highlands
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are putting on an annual cattle show at the Michigan State Fair. This show will be a competition between Highland Cattle Breeders and an opportunity to show off the uniqueness of our breed. Later we will need an association logo, but we need to accomplish this show logo first! Highland cattle are very good to the green, sustainable, consumers. There look is appealing to children and adult alike. We want to draw farmers and ranches from across the country to attend our show. We are using the letters MAS2H to make the show sound, fun, trendy etc. but also not to be cartoonish. We need our breed to stand out in a majestic ways. Horns can be intimidating to people who do not understand this docile breed of cattle. I am in charge of this project and will be giving all the feed back. Our ranch logo is awesome but we can not duplicate it because we need to be fair to all breeders in our association and not create a logo recognition that ties back to our farm specifically. It would be wise to look at our website to see our logo and pictures of the highland breed. http://www.symbiosisranch.com I can send pdf files of ideas I have collected and you will find me decisive and great a exact feedback. We would like a sketch or drawing of the highland cattle in the logo. We would like something of a banner ,round the animal to indicate competition. A tartan was one suggestion if it worked out, we have a blue green tartan pattern available. It does not have to be used. We want the animal itself to be majestic, yet approachable. The colors well liked include browns, blues, and green. The MAS2H acronym is very important as well as spelling it out as listed above. Looking forward to a speedy logo, hope you are interested!
