Travel & Hotel
The Tayrona Trail is a new tour company based on the carribbean Coast in northern Colombia. We take 18 to 35 year old backpackers and jet packers on an adventure of a lifetime for 4 nights and 5 days into the countries most beautiful and famous national park. Tayrona Park (feel free to google it) is a reserve where the lush jungle mountains meet the golden boulder strewn beaches of the carribbean coastline, where the sea stretches out as far as the eye can see. The highest peaks can be seen from these very same beaches and are the countries highest mountains, topping out at a whopping 5775m. Thay are also the highest coastal peaks anywhere on the planet. To say there is an abundance of life between there and the golden sands is a severe understatement. Jaguars, Howler monkeys, beautiful, brightly coloured poisonous frogs, kill bill toucans, army ants the size of your thumb and many more endemic and endangered species of animals and colourful plants, tropical flora and fauna, some with leaves the size of a small house are around every corner. Indeed the galapagos islands are the only place on the planet with more endemic species of animals than Tayrona Park. The Tayrona Indians have lived here for 1000s of years and are recognized as the only indiginous group in the Americas to never have been conquered by western man, whom they refer to as their little brothers. They believe that the mountains (The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta) are the centre of the universe and the birthplace of mother nature. The last night of the tour is spent with the pristinely white dressed Mamo (spiritual leader of the Tayrona people) in his hut on the ancient ruins called Pueblito...Like The Lost City, built at the same time, but looking out over the carribbean sea! Once upon a time, just like the colour of the pristine beaches below, the town was covered in gold, Tayrona Gold. On the tour the clients will also sleep and snorkel on deserted beaches; stay in cabanas with waves crashing on the rocks below; visit spectacular viewpoints 850m above sea level, but only 1km from of the beaches below; look at motion sensor camera footage from the night before on Jaguar Ridge (FIlo Jaguar), where they just spent the night to see how close the big cats actually got to them the night before; kayak in stunning deserted bays and meet new like minded friends that will share a once in a lifetime adventure together. Included are all boat and 4x4 jeep transfers, main meals, park entrance fee, snorkel and games equipment, kayak, 4 nights of different and unique accommodation and everything you could possibly wish for taken care of. SO….do you like the sound of it? I hope so, because if you win this competition you go for free…..as many times as you want, lol. Good luck and thanks for reading this, what can only be described as a blatant sales pitch, all the way through to the end. Thank you for taking the time to do that and may the best designer win.
Other color requirements
Flame Orange HEX FB8B23 Is nice, lol
Hello again designers....I have added a lot of photos of where we take our young adventure seekers on THE TAYRONA TRAIL. All of the photos added are of exactly where young intrepid backpackers will be walking, sleeping. eating, drinking, snorkeling, kayaking and much more There will be many interactions with the indigenous Tayrona people pictured especially on the last night when travellers stay in the Mamo's hut on the ancient site of his ancestors. A completely unique and exclusive experience. Only on The Tayrona Trail The main animals of the park play an important spiritual role in Tayrona culture. Especially Jaguars or Black Panthers and Howler Monkeys. Imagine what it would be like to be a Jaguar living there, or a Howler Monkey I like the idea of a strong symbol representing the company as well as the name. Or, like the San Blas Adventures logo (attached), more of an all Intwined visual scape of the tour/Tayrona Park. It could be anything...the outline of a Jaguar, the silhouette of an old Tayrona ruin, a palm littered beachscape. Anything that exists in Tayrona Park would potentially work as the symbol of the logo or part of the visual representation of the visual scape of the logo THE TAYRONA TRAIL Thanks again and good luck. Below are some final buzz words to consider Tayrona, Indian Mamo, Ancient, Ruins, Nature, Beaches, Pristine, Jungle, Hike, Gold, Tayrona Art, Palm Trees, Poisinous Frog, Jaguar, Howler Monkey, Kill Bill Toucan, Parakeets, Big Waves, Boulders, Snow capped mountains
