Intentionally small, productive farm - vegetables, fruits, berries, sheep, chickens, bees. We like to describe our property as "where the cultivated meets the wild" the native hedgerows are very big piece of this providing beautiful farmland buffer and habitat. Think of the hedges as tall 50 year old trees (redwoods), shorter older trees (oaks and sycamore) and smaller trees, then bushes, shrubs to grasses and then farmland. All our trees are not evergreen conifers (xmas trees) so if there is a tree in the logo it should reflect that. We do things meticulous, intentional, and by hand (hand grown). Please do not include an iconic barn or tractor, a tool that could be included is a garden hand trowel but that is optional. If you put sheep in the logo (not required) they should be short and fat (not standard clipart) as that is our distinctive breed (olde english babydoll sheep) and a point of pride. We follow principles of permaculture and biodynamics and offer workshops, farm stays, outdoor classrooms, nature camping, honey, beeswax, veggies, fruits, berries, wool, medicinal tinctures, flowers, rare plant starts, and eggs.
