Food Truck "Schnitzel & More" needs a fancy logo
I am an entrepreneur who is launching now my second Food Truck in Bangor, Maine starting in November 2013. I already launched a contest on 99designs in 2012 and we got great proposals. Right from the get go, our CIELOS Mexican grill was a great success and still is. I think now is the right time for expansion and set up the second truck in Bangor. I lived for a long time in Austria and I think Bangor is ready for an absolute new culinary experience, the Schnitzel & More Truck.
What is a Schnitzel you ask? Schnitzel is a hand pounded, lightly breaded thin cutlet of meat, pork or chicken or cod, fried to golden perfection. It is traditionally served with Austrian potato salad, cucumber salad and a lemon wedge. We will add menu items, that puts a culinary twist on tradition and makes it a heavenly experience..
We will also serve Bratwurst and Currywurst, a delicious pork sausage, juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Our Bratwurst and Currywurst is best served with sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, homemade sauces, fresh Austrian bread and a self-made heavenly Curry sauce.

Bangor is in the heart of Maine, close to the Canadian border, offers residents and visitors alike the best of both worlds: a small friendly city that's filled with excitement, opportunity and activity, and a gateway to the natural beauty of this great state. People in Bangor love to dine out and there is huge variety of restaurants, as measured by the population. However, right now there Austrian kitchen available.
Our concept provides that we are operating on a daily basis, serving the people of the greater Bangor area, visitors and the students and employees of the University of Maine. People here love eating varieties of food. Our target market is the lunch time office crowd, students, visitors, the happy hour afternoon nibblers and the late night after hour’s party-goers.
