We produce fundraising bicycling events for just humanitarian causes. Our first event is from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Statue of Liberty for 400 bicyclers and for 56 days. There is a $25,000 fundraising goal, so clients will be very goal oriented success strivers. We also will produce 8 - 10 supporting one day events per year near major US markets.
This logo is part of our start up pitch to investors, charity development directors, sponsors, and critical vendors. So, initially it is a B2B market that will soon turn to a B2C attraction.
We will have an extensive national marketing campaign and I see the logo setting the tone for the look of our endeavor. We are very web oriented and there most likely will be further design opportunities.
I chose travel as an industry, but there is so much more to this. The deep emotion connections between the causes and riding across a continent are very meaningful experiences and are significant life events for people who take the challenges on.
I've included a couple of visual things (Can you guess the one I quickly pasted together? My ego would love to see variations on that.), but I definitely do not want to limit designers with those. Rather, maybe inspire direction.They are just representative of things we like and are not limits on the design.
