This logo will be the theme for our annual leadership conference. Hotel managers and sales people from all over the country will attend.

We would like the emphasis to be on REACH, as we would like to tie that word into other initiatives (such as Reach Your Potential, Reach Out to Guests). (due diligence would say to look at our website for ideas- but don't follow any of those designs, as we are currently rebranding and dropping that heavy red, and going more modern!)

It shouldn’t replace our Spire logo, or necessarily mimic it, but should look good next to it! It will mostly stand alone, but *could* be paired next to it on paper and PPT.
The logo would need to be broad enough to meet additional initiatives tied to the purpose of the conference, which encompasses:
Reach for Your Goals, Reach Out <Community, Guests, Associates>, How’s Your Reach? (yrly check-in), Reach Your Potential, etc. *Don't mock up logos with any of these words though!*
