Community & Non-Profit
Karis House is a home where young women choose to live to recover from issues that are controlling their lives such as self harm, eating disorders, addictive behaviours, depression or the effects of abuse. They work to a structured programme, based on Christian values, delivered by caring, compassionate staff in a family style environment where they are taught to manage all aspects of their life. The organisation receives no funding so also needs to target people or organisations who may wish to donate in addition to the women or their relatives who may wish to refer them to us. There is also a need to target other charities and professionals who can refer into us from all over the UK.
Other color requirements
I have ticked purple, but a range of softer colours may work if eye catching.
We need to strike a balance between: - the personal and caring nature of the organisation - yet displaying a professional approach - The logo needs to say friendly, compassionate, professional, efficient, safe I have ticked purple, but a range of softer colours may work if eye catching. We regard the girl's time at Karis as a bit like a caterpillar in the chrysalis stage from which they emerge at the end free and able to "fly away" into their new destiny, healed and able to cope with life, rather like the butterfly.

This was an amazing journey for us. Alex understood our concept very early on and made timely changes as he added subtle nuances to our logo. We were very pleased with this attention to detail and creativity he brought to our logo. We would most definitely recommend and work with him again.
