Community & Non-Profit
The Sovereign Order of Malta, one of the oldest institutions of Western and Christian civilization, is devoted to in upholding human dignity and caring for people in need through its medical, social and humanitarian works. Every year, the Order of Malta holds the International Summer Camp for Disabled Youth, in a different country location - Italy, France, Belgium, Ukraine, Hungary, Spain, Germany and Lebanon, to mention a few. The first Order of Malta Summer Camp for Disabled Youth was held in 1984. The aim of the summer camp was to give around 50 young people with disabilities the chance to meet people of their own age and to have a fun, relaxing week away. Our goals are the same now as they were then: to forge a sense of community, promote cultural exchange and help young people to overcome personal barriers.
As our event is continuous from other previous one organised from other countries, we would like our logo align with theirs but with some focus on Hong Kong elements. Please refer to: https://www.orderofmalta.int/?lang=en&s=youth+camp
