Great design, communication was a bit slow.
I liked the simplicity of the design and the aesthetic of it. All the other designs were quite complicated, but this one was very nice and streamlined, and the designer was very accommodating and really keen to make us happy. Would recommend again!

Target audience: Canadian families, affluent, 35-45 parents with 2-3 kids.
They want meticulous execution of all details. they want to stay on budget and time. They like the relationship with the builder company to be smooth and trustworthy.
The reason they are building a house for their family is to take customization to every single detail and finish. To enjoy the financial benefits of building own home and to feel fulfilled.

Above & Beyond is the tagline.
Important notes: We are looking for very special logo mark. An ordinary wont cut it!! The brand "ABOND" can be shown in letter mark or accompanied with an icon.
Its critically important to show the emotional relevance of building one's own home. Try to find a way to bring the emotions across in designing the brand name logo.
ABOND message is building a home for your family is also about creating incredible memories and bonds together that last lifetime.
The complete design should also incorporate the name signifier (HOMES), followed by the tagline (Above & Beyond) like the example provided.
The signifier and tagline would only appear in texts and in fonts that resonate with the brand visual.
We would also expect exact style guide once the concept approved. That would include color specs, margin, spaces and other elements of style guide.
