Created a very beautiful logo and great communication.
Very pleasant experience.
- grounded logos
Grounded logos is the epitome of professionalism! All of my questions were answered promptly and any design changes actioned quickly. Always courteous and, as to be expected with a designer of this calibre, the work is of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to work with grounded logos again, and would recommend that anyone seeking a logo invite grounded logo to enter their contest!
Great designer, very responsive
The first design was already great. We wanted some little changes but the communication was very good so it wasn't a problem.
Lily definitely is a recommended designer

The logo design is for The Great Shea company for it's new line of products. These products are all natural derived from shea butter - a nutty (nutty beauty) healing paste made from the nuts of a shea tree. The shea butter used is fair-trade and unrefined, harvested by communities in Ghana in West Africa. The Great Shea started with a very busy logo for it's first summer. As the season continued we found the logo to busy... simplicity but very much classy or eloquent is key. Our consumers would range for various demographics from higher income ladies to family/children friendly products. The logo should allow for room (or be favorable) to mention the specific skin care and beauty products such as body butter, lotion, bream, healing balms, etc. Seeing as the main ingredient is imported from West Africa, it could be nice if a modern symbolism of the country (Ghana or West Africa) or the main ingredient of shea butter from a nut or tree could be in incorporated but it is not necessary. As I've been researching various spa and beauty products, it is essential that the products stand out within the many other products on the market.

I wrote down Spa & Esthetics however it could fall under Beauty and Cosmetics.
I've attached a copy of the old branding with the Great Shea logo and also simple branding that could inspire the designer.
