In addition to the title of the blog, I would like to somehow have incorporated an aspect of "the thinking man" image - whether specific to the original statue or a play on it (similar to a thinking emoticon, perhaps). The site is meant to show that while development is difficult, developers often have to overcome intellectual challenges to be successful. Although the title of the blog may sound harsh or imply that developers are "damaged", it's more to imply that the work is difficult and the struggle is real.
