Localisr is a free event diary for local organisations in the UK. It allows local councils, sports teams, churches, charities etc to keep their community informed of their upcoming events.
Logo types to explore
The site is aimed towards families/older generation but the logo design shouldn't fall into any age-based stereotypes. It needs to look like a modern web logo but based on classic design principles. Modern, but timeless. Ideally I'm looking for a logo with a strong, simple pictoral/abstract mark. The typeface should be kept clean and simple (no exotic free fonts please). Either sans-serif or a modern serif is what I have in mind. After a scout around logopond, here are a few design styles I think would translate well to the website: http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/136833 http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/109697 http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/75060 http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/55918 http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/29108 http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/73252 http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/89927
