I need a modern attention getting logo for ValueRents.com. The site will be a home rental site for Renters, Landlords and Brokers.
What's your vision?
Tagline: None Desired Color Scheme: Designers Choice Desired Style: I like clean vector designs (but I need a high res raster file as well). It needs to be eye catching and memorable. Accepted File Formats: Vector & PSD ValueRents.com is a website (not currently up) that will give renters rent credit towards the purchase of any house. It will also be a place that landlords will go to get property management services a la carte for their properties. The idea is simply adding more value for everyone involved with Rental Property. Please submit only original art. I may close the competition early if I have a clear winner but I won't choose a winner until everyone who has a posted that they will be entering a design has done so. I don't want to lock people in too much with ideas but I do like logos that are simple but communicate the ideas quickly. Check out move.com and rent.com for what I mean. Things I've noticed so far. 1. It doesn't have to have a house for the graphic, feel free to play up the idea of the value as an option. 2. I really like strong line work so that the graphic stands well on its own even before adding the color. Definately like the vector stuff. 3. I like when the graphic integrate well with the text visually. 4. Everyone uses little houses which isn't a horrible idea since it is a real estate business but I'd like to see something different that emphasizes the value and is still simple. I will try to post feedback as soon as possible. Thanks to all participants.
