Wonderful cooperation, quick response and creative thinking
Once again Jiwstudio came through for me! I was having trouble with my trademark and had to submit several names! I had Jiwstudio to do three different logos! Jiwstudio was very patient and never complained about the additional logo designs. Their response was fast with each and every design. Revisions were usually done in a day or two! I would most recommend Jiwstudio for any logo designs!

How Journeyman Games started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Journeyman Games is a company for creating apps that make playing tabletop roleplaying games more enjoyable. It combines modern apps with a classic hobby.
The target audience is gamers who are comfortable using technology: most commonly in their 20s or 30s, but sometimes outside of it. I'd say right now the gender split is 70% male, 30% female.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
In terms of the emotional impact, I'm wanting it to emphasize hard work and usefulness, but a sort of happiness or inspiration that comes from it. However, I'd rather err on the side of under-emphasizing the emotion if the feeling can't quite be captured. I tend to prefer simpler logos over more complex ones.
Also, polyhedral dice are the iconic elements of roleplaying games (Google Images has a wide variety of examples), but it is not necessary to incorporate them unless you feel it would be helpful.
The final image can be either rectangular or square (the logo doesn't have to be though).
The logo should look alright with the company website (http://www.journeymangames.net) but it should also be able to stand independently on a white background. I'm not looking for one that has a solid navy blue background like the website.
